The following guidelines are "rules of thumb" that we follow when reviewing submissions for quoting. We ask that all producers use the following as guidelines when submitting a RFP to our office. If your submission contains any of the following, please call Bill Lutz to discuss the submission prior to sending it to us:

Group Size less than 100 Lives

Specific Deductibles lower than $30,000

Attachment Levels lower than 125% for groups smaller than 300 lives or lower than 120% for over 300 lives

Quotes for Aggregate coverage ONLY

Groups greater than 300 lives which will require a Manual aggregate quote (no experience available)

Groups requiring Manual aggregate quotes where no current and renewal rates are available

Any quote requiring Terminal Liability
